I’m a business owner.
These are my questions, too.
I’ve spent about 20 years in the staffing industry with Express Employment Professionals, with offices in Flowood and Brookhaven, Mississippi. I’m still in that work, dealing with the daily reality of people, operations, and getting things done.
I’m also a photographer. My work includes Line Shot Photography, L&S Lumina, and Tim Dillard Photography. The Jackson photographs on this site are mine.
PremiseTrace grew out of building systems for my own work. I started using AI to examine the problems I kept running into, question my assumptions, and work out what to change. That process became the foundation for this diagnostic.
You shouldn’t have to wait for a corporate office to hand you every answer. You already know a great deal about what needs to work better. Let’s start there.

No. Bring your experience and an honest picture of your work. We’ll identify a practical place to start and explain the tools in plain language.
Will you build the automation for me?
The diagnostic comes first. If a tool you already have can solve the problem, we start there. If you want implementation help, we can discuss that separately after we understand what’s needed.
Can I do the diagnostic myself?
Today, you work directly with Tim. A self-guided diagnostic is a longer-term goal and is not currently available.
